You'll feel at home in this terrific waterfront condominium. The condo features 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath (or 1 bedroom, 1 bath), delightful waterfront views and all new decor. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sleigh bed in the guest bedroom. The den has a queen-size sofa sleeper. It's a great place for 1 - 2 couples, or a small family.
Located in beautiful Slidell, LA, the condo is only 5 minutes from I-10, 20-25 minutes to downtown New Orleans, and 1 hour from the Mississippi Gulf Coast Casinos.
There is a terrific view of the waterway that leads to Lake Pontchartrain. There is a lot of boat traffic to watch! You get these great views of the waterway from the Den, Kitchen, Dining area, and of course, the Deck!
The entire condo has been freshly painted. And, all of the furnishings in the condo are new as of August 2006.
This cozy condominium offers a large master bedroom with a King-size bed. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. The lovely guest bedroom features a Queen-size sleigh bed and a 20" TV. The Den offers La-Z-Boy micro-fiber sofa-sleeper, loveseat & ottoman, plus 52" Big screen TV. The Den TV offers ALL the movie channels! You'll love all the TV watching options!
The Kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, disposal, refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), range/oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, dishes, pots, pans & more! We also offer the convenience of a full-size stackable washer / dryer.
Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock. Or, bring your boat and keep it at our "first-come, first-serve" boat slips which are located right behind the condo.
