The Golf House is a lovely 3-level townhome in Perdido Bay. This quiet golf course community is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key and historic downtown Pensacola. This delightful home has direct views of the Perdido Bay golf course. During your stay, you can enjoy the beach, play golf and enjoy the community pool at Perdido Bay. The pool is an easy walk from the Golf House.
The Golf House is family friendly and pet friendly. The Golf House sleeps up to 6 guests with two very spacious bedrooms on the Upper level. Both bedrooms feature King-size beds, TV, and en suite bath!
On the middle level of the townhouse is well-equipped Kitchen with 2 snack bars, plus Dining area, balcony with front view and a half bath.
On the lower or entry level is a spacious "L" shaped wrap-around porch where guests can relax and take in the lovely golf course views and pretty scenery. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find a nicely furnished Den, with sofa sleeper and love seat, fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable channels.
There's parking for up to 4 cars at the Golf House, with a single car garage and adjacent carport, plus parking in front of each for a total of 4 parking spaces.
If you decide to dine out during your stay, we can recommend several nearby restaurants, such as: Shrimp Basket, the Oyster Bar, Fisherman's Corner, Vallharta's Mexican Restaurant, and the Sunset Grill. And, when you need groceries, there are 2 stores less than 5 minutes away: Publix & Winn Dixie. Also in the same area as the grocery stores are CVS drug store, Dollar General, Innerarity Hardware and other retail stores.
Perdido Key offers a beautiful natural seashore, gorgeous gulf water, fishing, boating, pristine sugar sand beaches, unique wildlife, trees and plants. But, if you crave shopping, the cinema and other vacation activities, Orange Beach & Gulf Shores, AL are just a quick 10-20 minute drive west on the beach highway! If you venture that way, be sure to checkout the Wharf which offers a multi-screen cinema, Ferris wheel, many retail and specialty shops, plus several great restaurants.
