Spacious, light filled and lovely, this upscale waterfront home in Parasol West subdivision offers unbelievable views of Old River, a community pool, back-down ramp for boaters, and first come, first served boat slips.
The 1st level of the house features two driveways, double garage, full bath and covered patio area.
The 2nd level features the living room with 2-story ceiling, gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV with cable channels. The kitchen, dining area and laundry are also located on level 2. The floor plan is very open! There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this level. The master bedroom has lovely views of Old River, king-sized bed, and master bath with dual vanities, plus handicapped accessible features, such as large, walk-in shower with low threshold. The 2nd bedroom on this level features 2 twin-size beds. And, there's a large balcony with gas BBQ too!
Level 3 offer three additional bedrooms and two more baths! All three of the bedrooms on the 3rd level feature Queen-size beds. There's also a balcony with views of Old River on the 3rd level. Bedroom 3 features an en suite bath. Bedrooms 4 & 5 share a Jack & Jill style bath.
Our home, the Parasol West House, is an ideal vacation rental property for large family gatherings and group get-togethers, such as reunions, beach wedding groups, holiday gatherings, and summer beach vacations!
