Gorgeous bayfront location offers fantastic, direct views of Perdido Bay. You'll be delighted by the plush, comfortable furnishings and designer decor. The Perdido Bay Beach House is a spacious 3-level residence in Innerarity Townhomes complex on Innerarity Point. Our townhouse is just 8 minutes from the beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters of Perdido Key, and just 20 minutes to historic, downtown Pensacola!
If you are traveling with your pet, our vacation home is pet friendly! We charge a reasonable, non-refundable pet fee and each pet stay must be approved. We travel with our pet and are happy to be able to offer you a pet-friendly vacation home for your stay. We welcome pets of all sizes.
One unique feature of our townhome is that we offer 2 master bedrooms, each with plush, King-size bed and en suite bath! If you need a 3rd sleeping area, the sofa in the den converts to a Queen-size sofa sleeper. Our Perdido Bay Beach House sleeps a total of 6 guests.
Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd level of the townhouse. One of the master bedrooms has a balcony and a lovely view of Perdido Bay. The2nd master bedroom has a delightful view of the community swimming pool. Both bedrooms offer cable TV, reading lamps, and en suite bathroom with tub-shower combination.
Linens are provided for all 3 beds. Additionally, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided.
The condo's living area is located on level 2. The 2nd level of our 3 level townhome features tile floor, 1/2 bath, roomy kitchen with granite countertops, a dining table, den with sofa, loveseat, 50" flat screen TV with cable channels. There's also a bay view balcony on the 2nd level where you can sit back, relax and watch the pelicans and the dolphin from the patio table with seating for 4.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, cabinet-style pantry and serving bar. The unit also features a full-size washer & dryer which are located in the powder room (1/2 bath) of 2nd level.
The 1st level of the townhouse is ground level and features the front door to the townhome, covered parking for up to 2 vehicles, plus a storage closet with fishing poles and crab nets for the use of our guests.
Be sure to enjoy the beach right behind our townhouse. The bay is shallow and is like a sandy-bottom pool! You'll also want to spend some time at the inviting community pool which is just steps away from the unit's front door! And, don't forget the lovely beaches in Perdido Key and the golf course at Perdido Bay Country Club.
The Perdido Bay Beach House offers something for everyone! It is our hope that it will feel like your Home-Away-From-Home!
