If you are looking for any of those things, The Terry Cove House is for you!
Located in delightful, historic town of Milton, Florida this home features 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, delightful waterfront views and all new decor. The home sleeps up to 6 guests with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in each of the guest bedrooms. It's a great place for couples and families.
You will enjoy the convenient location of The Terry Cove House. The home is only 5 minutes from I-10, 15 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and 15 - 20 minutes from Whiting Field, and 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach.
There is a terrific view of the canal that leads to Escambia Bay. The boat dock is HUGE and covered. A perfect place to get out of the sun and drop a fishing line.
The home also features a lovely screened sunroom attached to the back of the home. The sunroom is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and a great place to relax.
The garage is being used as a billiard room! A full size, slate top pool table with pool sticks and chalk is waiting for you... you and your crew can enjoy many hours of friendly competition out if the garage with the pool table!
The home offers a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, en suite bath, cable TV, and french doors leading to a covered patio area. The master bath features a garden tub with shower combo and double vanity. Both of the lovely guest bedrooms also feature queen-size beds and cable TV. The 2 guest bedrooms are located across the house from the master bedroom, so this home features a split bedroom floor plan. The 2 guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower combo. The bath is located in the between the two bedrooms and in the bedroom hallway. This bath is also easily accessible to the living area of the home.
If you are travelling with a little one, a pack and play portable crib is available for a small charge and with advance notice.
The Den offers beautiful furnishings, high ceiling and flat screen TV over the fireplace. This is a wood burning fireplace which is available for our guests use in Fall and Winter.
The Kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, disposal, refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), range/oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, programmable coffee pot, hand mixer, utensils, dishes, pots, pans & more! We also offer the convenience of a full-size washer & dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock. Or, bring your boat and keep it at our dock.
The Terry Cove House offers guests a lovely, well appointed, comfortable home with lots of room to relax and an amenity to please everyone in your group.
